By accessing or using the Slimstrive mobile application (“App”) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

Slimstrive is a health and wellness application designed to help users track their GLP-1 medication usage, monitor weight loss progress, log meals, and access AI-powered health coaching. Our services are intended for informational purposes only.

Medical Disclaimer

Important: Slimstrive is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coach feature provides general wellness information only.

  • Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication
  • Do not use this app as a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Seek immediate medical attention for any health emergencies
  • Your healthcare provider should be your primary source of medical guidance

User Accounts

To use Slimstrive, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the AI chat feature
  • Use automated systems to access the App

Subscription and Payments

Slimstrive offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are available through in-app purchases processed by Apple's App Store.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies
  • Prices may change with prior notice

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Slimstrive—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Slimstrive and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, text, health data). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slimstrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slimstrive and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
